MailRoute Pricing

Pricing is based solely on the number of email users. It is a subscription model. There are no fees or other expenses.

The price of the MailRoute service is based upon the number of unique email users for a domain. Aliases and distribution lists are not included and do not affect pricing.

The price is for all MailRoute services, which includes:

  • Spam Filtering: multi-layered spam filtering with quarantine and/or tagging
  • Virus Scanning: multiple anti-virus engines scan every email
  • Store and Forward: if your server is ever down, we'll queue your email so it doesn't bounce

Billing is monthly with discounts for annual prepayment.

501 to 750 $1.25
Minimum monthly contract; $20 per month. For more than 750 users, please contact MailRoute for a price quote.

Payment Method
MailRoute requires credit card payments for all monthly accounts of less than $100. Minimum billing increment is $20. Larger accounts may set up terms for monthly invoiced payments.

Annual Prepay Option
MailRoute offers a 10% discount for customers who choose an annual prepayment plan.

Educational and Non-Profit
MailRoute offers special discounted pricing to educational institutions and non-profit organizations. Please contact a MailRoute representative.
